We have a bird who has chosen to put her nest in our Attic. Devin to the rescue! So nice, so responsive, and willing to do whatever it takes to please the customer! After not being able to locate them in the Attic (they could between roof and attic?) Based on evidence, I contacted Wildlife Predator LLC to eradicate rodents in my attic. Hearing movement above it was clear to this homeowner that I had a problem. Sealing around the HVAC, adding special wiring to all vents, gable vents, and replacing crawl space doors, bombing and sanitizing the area I was certain this would take care of my problem and the noise in the attic. Needless to say the sound is still coming from the attic; or maybe the sound is coming from the roof! With all the steps taken above there should not be any new evidence of dropping in the attic. Devin performed a well planned professional job trapping and removimg raccoons from our attic . He made multiple trips to rebait traps and monitored nighttime activity of the raccoons. His company came in first, listening to me, the homeowner, having care and compassion for the dire situation, immediately surveyed the area, mapped out a strategic plan of trapping and began to work. This man works hard, and is completely devoted to his work at ALL hours!!! I had a disgusting HUGE rat infestation, it’s my first house, i am a chick with no guidance and was lucky to find him. He took care of the problem, explained things to me thoroughly, reassured me he would not stop until they were gone and did his business! I’ve never met this man, before this, but could tell he was so about his job, business, polite and trust worthy , i ended up giving him access to my home and house key on days i couldn’t be there for him to check traps or get rid of caughten critters! Devin came out promptly as he said he would, texted with updates, and kept us knowledgable each step of the way. He arrived very professionally, examined the situation, came prepared with the tools for the job, offered to do it right when he came out (rather than necessitating another visit), explained his estimate of the scenario and explained how he would fix it. We had previously called 3-4 other people to come out and look at it, and none were as professional, knowledgable, or on-target as Devin. I would highly recommend Devin at Wildlife Predator. Our exact scenario — we had birds that had made nests in each of our bathroom vents, and they’d broken through one of the vent’s tubing and gotten into the attic and fiberglass. Devin thoroughly cleaned it out, removed and replaced the damaged tubing, fogged to sanitize the area, and replaced the vent flaps/covers with one the birds shouldn’t be able to enter through. I was impressed with his professionalism, preparedness for the job, ability to articulate his analysis of what had happened and how he would remedy it.
